The menu of the Sahuc, imagined by Simon, can be enjoyed on a beautiful terrace overlooking the river in summer, or by the fire on colder days.
Attention, phenomenon! With Le Sahuc, Rivière-sur-Tarn is indeed awakening to gastronomy. Driven by strong convictions, Victoria and Simon have revived with panache the hotel-restaurant in Peyrelade, closed since 2003. In addition to the two rooms whose windows open onto the Tarn, the two young people have banked on an elegant and original cuisine - but not too much! - based on fresh regional products. Their menu is a poem that can be savoured on a vast terrace overlooking the river in summer, or by the fireside on colder days.
