Locavore restaurant offering a 5/6-course menu at lunchtime and a dozen or so in the evening, as well as a farmers' brunch on Sundays
Alix and Antonin Pons-Bellegarde opened this unique restaurant in 2022. Having traveled to Northern Europe to immerse themselves in foreign culinary traditions, the couple settled in their family home in Rodelle to interpret their inspirations and turn their desire for a locavore restaurant into reality. Ingredients are sourced from within a 42-kilometer radius and cooked differently every day. The menu features five/six courses at lunchtime, and ten or so in the evening. Sundays are devoted to a farmers' brunch.
