RAGT is a company based in Aveyron, which today has its sights set on Europe. Founded in 1919 as a cooperative to support regional agriculture, and transformed into a company in 1925, it remains true to its regional roots, with its headquarters in Rodez. Its 1,500 employees work in two areas: distribution of agricultural and garden products, and research, production and marketing of seeds. RAGT invests 15 to 18% of its sales in varietal innovation, and boasts a vast network of research stations, making it a major player in the French and European seed industry.
