This charming shop, nestling at the foot of Rodez Cathedral since 1992, specialises in various Laguiole knives. Bought by the Forge de Laguiole in 2000, there are mainly three major brands, including one of the oldest in France, Nontron. The latter markets a magnificent knife made of turned wood of pyrograved boxwood, designated as the oldest knife in France. Besides this legend, the cutlers will also help you to choose between the most beautiful knives of Laguiole.

Tout le savoir faire des coutelleries de l'aveyron. Au centre ville à proximité de la cathédrale, on y découvre une collection de couteaux de qualité. À visiter absolument.
