This boutique, which has been proudly located in the city centre since 1889, has been run by the same family for five generations. Formerly simple hardware hardware, it offers a palette of items that would make it more attractive than a big Parisian store: gifts, art of the table, decoration, appliances, bricolage, light… the choice and sales surface are impressive, but above all the range includes a multitude of original objects.

Offre d un wok.
Au premier lavage il apparaît des défauts flagrant de qualité : trace de rouille.
Je me rend au magasin afin de faire part de mon problème.
Une dame agressive m explique sans même écouter que je suis fautif ("que je ne sais pas laver une poêle")que ce n est en aucun cas de leur faute.
La dame est dans une atmosphère de conflit. Ce qui en en dit long sur la sereinité du personnel et leur bienveillance auprès des clients.
Bref Anti commerçante et prix élevés par rapport à la qualité
Ils profitent d une concurrence inexistante, et ne prennent même pas la peine d assurer un minimum de service après vente.
