Small restaurant located on the market place offering in the evening a tapas formula with wine bar and small plates
In the spring of 2022, Émilie and Édouard opened this little restaurant on the market square, all atmosphere and flavor. Named Touosto, which means "toast" in Occitan, it offers a plate centered around the product, with the vegetable not an accessory, but a central element. For lunch, there's a daily special with a choice of dishes: lentil cream with peas and baby greens, spelt filet mignon with roasted carrots, and caramelized hazelnut cracker for dessert. In the evening, a three- or four-course dinner, a beer or a glass of wine, invites you to take your time.
