Restaurant offering a refined and inventive cuisine with very elaborate dishes

Vasco Baldisserotto describes himself as the "Marco Polo of gastronomy". Of Venetian origin, he explored the kitchens of Swiss and Italian houses, before collaborating with the Bras family in Aveyron. Since the end of 2022, he has been at the helm of the Opéra restaurant, where he takes guests on a culinary journey that changes with the seasons, in four, six or seven courses. His dishes, crafted with respect for French traditions, are as tasty as they are refined... The restaurant is already one of Ruthénois' finest.

Ce restaurant est tout simplement magnifique. Le décor, l'ambiance... mais parlons surtout de la gastronomie. Les plats sont fins, délicats et très raffinés. Ce repas était sans aucun doute un vrai régale pour les papilles. Le serveur nous a conseillé sur un très bon vin pour accompagner le repas. N'hésitez pas à aller passer un incroyable moment dans ce restaurant. Vous ne le regretterez pas.
