BIG GACHOU

Famous for his lamb sweetbreads and his very rural menu, cooked at the Hôtel du Viaur in Ségur, Sébastien Gache has imported his good humor and good local produce to Rodez, to create this delightful burger restaurant made in Aveyron. You'll find his famous Black Flambadou, flambéed with capucin, which won him the Coup de Coeur at the French Burger Cup. Other tasty, local offerings include the Rodézien with shavings of Vieux Rodez or the Nugget, a real fried chicken fillet with a taste of the countryside.
