Restaurant offering hot dog with nachos or coleslaw salad
American finger food is now well established on the Piton, with Moustache Hot-Dog. Arnaud Benoît de Coignac, a trained cook and pastry chef, trained in establishments in France and Navarre (Tahiti in particular), piles up the good stuff in a baker's loaf made in Rodez: homemade sausage, cheddar cheese, mustard, onion confit, candied tomatoes, Fourme d'Ambert cheese and guacamole, depending on the recipe chosen. The hot dog is served with nachos (served with a homemade sauce) or a coleslaw salad.
