A fast-food restaurant with a twist! Fresh products, varied recipes, and a local guarantee that makes all the difference. The breads are made by a local baker. The steaks are from Aveyron - Aubrac beef, of course - and the cheeses too! Roquefort baragnaude and laguiole cheese melt generously in the sandwiches of the Macarel or Aubrac versions. Usually accompanied by chips or salad and a drink. Vegetarians will opt for the farçou burger, and the traditionalists for the aligot-saucisse plate or the salads, which are just as tasty.

Je recommande
Les burger gourmet sont plein de saveurs, on sent toutes les saveurs des ingrédients (viande et fromages surtout). On sent que les fournisseurs sont choisis avec soin ; les bières viennent d'une micro-brasserie.
Seul bémol, le restaurant est au bord d'un croisement assez fréquenté.
Une excellente adresse aue je recommande !
