Restaurant with a friendly atmosphere and a menu that varies according to the chefs' inspiration

Awarded a Michelin star with the Moulin de Cambelong in Conques, Hervé Busset moved his kitchens to Rodez, where he continues to pour poetry into his dishes. A lover of nature, this chef-gatherer, who also shops at the Place du Bourg market, offers eco-responsible gastronomy, nurtured by his close relationships with local producers. His signature dishes are still there: foie gras shabu shabu, trout soufflet, free-range guinea fowl, raw chocolate dessert... Serge, his sommelier, transcends the experience with a selection of wines from the region, Burgundy and Bordeaux, chosen according to the same principles.

Nous avons réservé dans ce restaurant par hasard et nous n'avons pas été déçus! La carte était alléchante, les plats excellents et le service trés agréable. Le cadre est chaleureux pour ce restaurant situé en centre-ville. Il faut absolument réserver!
