Chloé Tatin and Luc Pourrat, who have taken over this charming house in the center of Ruthénois, are creators of gustatory emotions. Their small menu, renewed every week, is a delight, from starter to dessert: red tuna carpaccio, stuffed pumpkin, carrot hummus, tiger beef, baked potatoes, buratta pastas or Thai rice; not forgetting the excellent pavlovas, which come in orange or red fruit flavors depending on the season, and the lemon tarts that round off the experience with panache...
