BISTRO RÉGENT
Restaurant with terrace located close to the stadium and in front of the Soulages museum
This space, ideally located a stone's throw from the stadium and opposite the Soulages museum, is a pleasant restaurant: a large counter around which are three rooms (one of which is private), a small quiet terrace and a larger one, open to the lively street. Once seated, the menu offers a unique combination of beef, fillet of duck breast, cooked salmon or beef tartare. Either five courses, accompanied by fresh matchstick fries and a good bowl of green salad and an excellent homemade sauce. In the evening, the beautiful entrecote steak to be shared is unanimously appreciated, with a good little marcillac from our friends Laurens in Clairvaux or a pic-saint-loup from the Haut-Lirou. Here everything is fresh, from the magret with fries to the salmon which is detailed just before serving. Gourmet coffee and profiteroles will also delight gourmets. From then on, it is easy to understand that, from breakfast to the exit of the cinema or the museum, before or after a match, the place never fails to fill up
