This establishment facing the cathedral has done the city centre of Rodez a world of good, with a continuous service that extends from breakfast until late at night, which is rather rare on the Piton. The menu, which is often renewed, is varied enough, but not too much so as to be composed only of good fresh products, and allows to find a suggestion to one's taste: charcuterie and cheese boards, beef tartar with knife, sausage-aligot - the real one! -coquillettes risotto with truffle cream, pizzas, Paris-Brest.
