Aurélie and Pierre come from Paris 10th arrondissement where they used to hold Le Réveil, a traditional bistro. Nestled at the foot of Rodez Cathedral, this gargoyle is a great success. On two floors, contemporary armchairs, stairs and furniture. Five plates of your choice made from meat and fish, one with swordfish tataki, the other with Iberian pig, and finally a vegetarian plate with seasonal vegetables. A fine selection of Beaujolais wines.

Cette adresse est intéressante. La cuisine est bien préparée à base de produits frais. L’assiette aveyronnaise est bien garnie. Un bémol toutefois quant au prix……! Il ne faut pas se laisser aller car ça monte vite

j'ai pris le menu du jour. Cuisiné avec savoir. Belle recherche des saveurs. j'ai donc passé un bon moment. Tout m'incite à y retourner.
