Rodez restaurant dedicated to good food, one of the few restaurants in the city center to offer a late service in Rodez

Rib of beef, rack of lamb, pluma of Iberian pig, marrow bone, Simmental flank steak... The menu at this Ruthenian restaurant is entirely dedicated to good meat. Thanks to a unique oven-grill, the meats have an exceptional flavor, reminiscent of a barbecue. But if you're not a carnivore, the restaurant also serves fish according to availability. The decor is impeccable, and the welcome smiling and attentive. Underground is also one of the few downtown restaurants to offer late-night service until 11pm.

Restaurant super, des plats de qualité, un service rapide et un accueil très chaleureux. Mes félicitations au chef tout était excellent. Petite préférence pour le carpaccio. Les plats sont dressés à la perfection et le goût y est ! Une ambiance cosy et élégante. Merci aux deux serveuses pour leurs conseils et leur serviabilité :) nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !!!

Gros manque d'hygiène, les cuisines ouvertes nous montrent un serveur se lecher les mains puis les mettre dans un des plats en préparation. Service déplorable, il nous a fallu 1h30 avant d'avoir de quoi manger, après que les serveurs soient venus reprendre notre commande 2 fois car ils avaient oublié (ils n'avaient pas l'air bien pressés et rigolaient entre eux). La moitié de la commande a été oubliée et une partie n'est jamais arrivée. Nous avions commandé un vin Terrasse du Larzac noté 2019 sur la carte et c'est un 2020 qui nous a été servi. Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé.
