LA TOILE CIRÉE
Restaurant offering dishes with organic, local and seasonal products
Aurélie, who has taken over this address from many hands, has a real talent in the kitchen. Every day, the young woman offers two starters, two main courses, two desserts, which are undeniably out of the ordinary, while respecting one imperative: to eat organic, local and seasonal. Judge rather with these two dishes offered on a winter day: banh bao (steamed brioche), mushrooms, egg and cabbage, served with forest sauce and Zen bowl garnished with rice and vegetables, tempeh (made by Aurélie herself) and caramel sauce! The dessert is of the same temperament, with a lost brioche, white chocolate whipped cream and kiwi coulis from the Tarn or a blueberry-ginger crumble served with a custard. Don't forget to make a reservation, the table is often overcrowded at lunchtime.
