On the Piton, this restaurant is an institution. Thanks to its central position in the town, halfway between Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Soulages Museum. Dimitri and Gaétan have developed an expertise in the art of cooking, using the finest produce from the sea and local Aveyron produce. Menus featuring charcuterie and cheese platters, parilladas, shrimps and razor clams au gratin can be enjoyed in the shade on the terrace in fine weather. Meats from Aubrac and Ségala are also excellent.

Bravo . Ne pas venir ici quand est à rodez est une erreur.
Le cadre avec vu sur le jardin public de Rodez sauve un peu la mise...mais ça ne fait pas tout.
J'y ai mangé à 2 reprises et à chaque fois c'était très bon. Les assiettes sont généreuses et bien présentées. Un régal des yeux et des papilles !
Le pain est tranché à l'avance, le cake au saumon également. La salade manque un peu de fraîcheur. Concernant le plat, il est copieux. La tomate provençale est parfaite, le riz est un peu trop cuit, les carottes aussi.
Quand au service, il est rapide, très rapide.
