In a small alleyway in the center of Rodez, Les Arômes is the kind of restaurant you like to find. Grégory, who spent four years working for Ducasse at the Louis XV in Monaco, is busy in the kitchen, creating a menu of fresh produce, with an emphasis on fish and shellfish. Scallops, sea bass fillets and pan-fried cod are all brilliantly presented. Meat is also in the spotlight, with filet mignon de porc aveyronnais, beef pavés or faux-filet, and thyme-roasted rack of lamb. As for desserts, don't miss the famous almond success.

une trentaine de places donc mieux vaut réserver
Situé dans une petite rue du centre de Rodez
Pour 13,50 une salade pomme de terre cabillaud,une bonne part de "julienne" (poisson),un tiramisu café,le tout copieux et frais.
