Les Colonnes is an emblematic establishment on the corner of Place d'Armes, with a breathtaking view of the cathedral. New management for a more refined menu: Aubrac tartare au couteau, Aveyronnaise salad... And specialties: aligot sausage, Ségala veal... In the purest tradition of French brasseries. Vegetarian dishes include mushroom ravioli. For dessert, fouace, French toast style. To be rediscovered without fail, seated on the lounge benches in the main dining room, or in the sunshine on the superb terrace.
