AU FOUR GOURMAND
Ghislain Anglade, the master of the place, is an authentic craftsman and Aurélie, his companion, a real shopkeeper with a sincere smile. When they opened their Four Gourmand in February 2012, the two young thirty-somethings dreamed of a business on a "human scale" and a bakery adjoining the shop "to produce everything on the spot". An approach and traditional know-how that pays off. Today, people are in a hurry, whether they are neighbours or from further afield, to buy Angladou (the house speciality made from Aveyron wheat) or other traditional French breads, or to enjoy sandwiches and burgers at lunchtime: two sure values whose taste and quality have already made the rounds in Rodez.
