This restaurant, which backs onto the Société's cellars, welcomes you under the vaults of the Reynès cellar or on the terrace facing the Tournemire cirque. Many of the dishes on the menu are made with Roquefort cheese. You can enjoy, for example, a hot pérail with cured ham and salad, a good piece of beef, lamb sweetbreads, a trout fillet... Les plats étaient bons et bien assaisonnés mais malheureusement expérience entachée par le service. Une serveuse à peine bonjour, nous donne les cartes sans rien nous dire, le minimum de parole possible tout au long du repas. Un autre serveur avait l'air plus chaleureux...
