This restaurant, which backs onto the Société's cellars, welcomes you under the vaults of the Reynès cellar or on the terrace facing the Tournemire cirque. Many of the dishes on the menu are made with Roquefort cheese. You can enjoy, for example, a hot pérail with cured ham and salad, a good piece of beef, lamb sweetbreads, a trout fillet...
