This restaurant, which backs onto the Société's cellars, welcomes you under the vaults of the Reynès cellar or on the terrace facing the Tournemire cirque. Many of the dishes on the menu are made with Roquefort cheese. You can enjoy, for example, a hot pérail with cured ham and salad, a good piece of beef, lamb sweetbreads, a trout fillet... For dessert, tradition also prevails, with flaune, a local speciality made from sheep's rennet, or spit-roasted cake.

The place is superb, but very bad surprises when I received the chaplain which was almost empty and the toothpick that has remained frozen on the top of a manciable very very disappointed, yet roquefort is not what is lacking in the region and pears it is not very expensive.
