LES CAPRICES DE MARIE

Les Caprices de Marie, set up in a food truck converted into a small chalet at the foot of Combalou, offers gourmet cuisine based on local, seasonal produce. The menu features burgers made with local produce, and sweet pascades (a Rouergue speciality, a kind of thick omelette) for those with a sweet tooth. The dish of the day is often a reference to the great classics of French cuisine, as prepared by our grandmothers: saddle of rabbit with homemade purée, or cuttlefish à la sétoise with aïoli and rice.
