In this beautiful house with stone walls and wooden floors, Les Aiguières offers simple, generous cuisine. Just a stone's throw from the cellars where the famous cheese is matured, you can try the Aiguières salad with onions, bacon, walnuts and Roquefort, or a fine piece of beef with Roquefort sauce, melsat (a regional sausage) or steamed potato tripoux and many other specialties. Enjoy a drink after your visit to the cellars. The restaurant is one of the few in the village open all year round.
