In this beautiful house with stone walls and wooden floors, Les Aiguières offers simple, generous cuisine. Just a stone's throw from the cellars where the famous cheese is matured, you can try the Aiguières salad with onions, bacon, walnuts and Roquefort, or a fine piece of beef with Roquefort sauce, melsat (a regional sausage) or steamed potato tripoux and many other specialties. Enjoy a drink after your visit to the cellars. The restaurant is one of the few in the village open all year round.

Le patron nous as refuser de faire un steak haché saignante pour mon enfant car soit disant une nouvelle lois mise en place il y a peu de temps donc commencé à être agressif envers nous
Menu trop chère pour la préparation avec salade de légumes tagliatelle au roquefort manquant d'assaisonnement
Mensonge d'écriture à l'entrée indiquant tout fais maison et rien de ce que l'on as manger était fais maison
