Straight from Mont Ventoux, where he has been a restaurateur for ten years, Matthieu welcomes you to his Fabrick. In his snack bar, he offers takeaway burgers, for which he makes the buns himself. The menu changes every week, with tempting offerings such as goat's cheese and pesto, cream of pumpkin with curry or pepper sauce, and pulled pork with Asian sauce, topped with good, runny cheeses. For dessert, chocolate mousse and vanilla rice pudding are equally delicious.

Je suis très exigeante et ne mange jamais de frites car je ne trouve jamais de "vraies" frites qui me rappellent le goût des frites fraîches de ma mère, mais là les frites (frites belges) sont excellentes ! Je n'en reviens pas, vraiment une adresse à tester !
Produits frais et locaux, et du fait maison, on recommande !!!
De passage pour un week-end nous avons manger les Burger top ! Pain très bon , bien garnis et produit frais ! Je recommande
