Straight from Mont Ventoux, where he has been a restaurateur for ten years, Matthieu welcomes you to his Fabrick. In his snack bar, he offers takeaway burgers, for which he makes the buns himself. The menu changes every week, with tempting offerings such as goat's cheese and pesto, cream of pumpkin with curry or pepper sauce, and pulled pork with Asian sauce, topped with good, runny cheeses. For dessert, chocolate mousse and vanilla rice pudding are equally delicious.

Le pain est surgelé et mal décongelé avec des croûtes qui partent en lambeaux sur le Burger.
Le patron sert les frites à pleine main avec des gants mais malheureusement il tripote son terminal de paiement avec les mêmes gants qui repartent servir des frites ....
Franchement c'est la première et dernière fois que je vais là.
Seules ses frites sont surgelées, mais perso, je les adore (j'ai eu du mal à trouver de bonnes frites en Aveyron).
