Four years after the start of a gradual, state-of-the-art renovation, the Pont-Neuf has a completely new look. The hotel, located on the riverbank, boasts eleven rooms with a modern decor, and the quality of the welcome reserved for guests would almost make it a family-run guesthouse. The restaurant's dining room gives pride of place to local produce and homemade dishes. Pan-fried lamb sweetbreads with parsley and Aubrac beef are always a hit.
