Les Caselles consists of five four-ear "épis" guest rooms and a gîte 10 km above Millau. A superb location with views of the Causses, heated indoor pool and two wooden terraces overlooking the Aveyron countryside. The strong point is the character of the place, a building and the table d'hôte. Seasonal products, pascade, estofinades, roquefort walnut cakes with pesto sauce, lasagne with ewe's curd... Spa and sauna complete the offer.
