LE BURON DU COUDERC
Restaurant offering a tasty regional cuisine made with fresh products
The Buron du Couderc offers a charming setting where the traces of time still remain. Philippe Gély, who rehabilitated the family buron of his grandparents, offers a tasty regional cuisine composed of fresh products: salad, charcuterie, aligot-saucisse, aubrac meat, laguiole cheese and homemade dessert. The drinks (aperitifs and wines) are guaranteed to be local. The address, located near the village of Aubrac, is a haunt for locals, but also for walkers on their way to Santiago de Compostela.
