Hotel-restaurant in the center of the village with cosy and fully renovated rooms
The happiness is palpable when Elise and Vianney welcome their guests in their establishment in the centre of the village, called Les Coudercous. The thirteen rooms of the building, rather cosy, have been entirely renovated and are endowed with a warm decoration which echoes the natural environment of the hotel. In the restaurant room, with its wooded walls, Vianney, trained at the famous Ferrandi school, concocts a generous and meticulous local cuisine, like his candied leeks accompanied by Ecir or his pear poached in Marcillac wine.

Les tripous sont encore cousus main aux Coudercous et la tarte aux myrtilles , vraiment avec des myrtilles!

Leger bémol au niveau du petit déjeuner sur le rapport qualité / prix (environ 10€ pour des produits de supermarché).
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et avons passé un bon moment.
C'est la cuisine généreuse des gens du Nord que vous avez pu apprécier aux Coudercous!
