The happiness is palpable when Elise and Vianney welcome their guests in their establishment in the centre of the village, called Les Coudercous. The thirteen rooms of the building, rather cosy, have been entirely renovated and are endowed with a warm decoration which echoes the natural environment of the hotel. In the restaurant room, with its wooded walls, Vianney, trained at the famous Ferrandi school, concocts a generous and meticulous local cuisine, like his candied leeks accompanied by Ecir or his pear poached in Marcillac wine.

Bravo aux patrons et à toute l'équipe pour ce week end de transhumance à Saint Chely et Aubrac. Toujours avec le sourire même quand toutes les salles sont bondées. la cuisine est top.
