In the heart of the village, a typical building, an authentic family house - fourth generation - founded in 1870, a hotel, but also a restaurant where we put forward the good products of the soil in a traditional cooking with the aligot, the meat of Aubrac, the tripoux, but also the stuffed cabbages. Excellent accueil dans ce petit hôtel-restaurant familial (même famille depuis quatre générations). Les chambres sont très bien tenues, l'ensemble de l'établissement est très propre et la salle de restaurant très agréable. La cuisine y est particulièrement soignée, raffinée même, faite à partir de produits frais de bonne qualité. Les témoignages recueillis sur l'aligot maison m'ont fait regretter de ne pas y avoir goutté... mais la truite qui m'a été servie en papillote avec petits légumes était un enchantement : fraîcheur et cuisson parfaites (produit local m'a expliqué la patronne). Je recommande très vivement cet établissement!
