Restaurant offering a tasty Pilgrim's menu with an unmatched quality/price ratio
Located in the heart of Conques, the Auberge Saint-Jacques peacefully winds down the years in the shadow of the abbey church. The thirteen recently renovated rooms offer charming simplicity and faultless comfort. In the restaurant, Véronique and Jean-Mathieu interpret Aveyron authenticity through a Terroir menu featuring the region's star products: sausage, pavé de bœuf, aligot, ewe's milk tomme, laguiole or vieux rodez AOP. On the first floor, the brasserie is also an opportunity for chefs to pass on their taste for good things.

On vient d’y manger, quelle belle surprise ☺️. Viande excellente, frites maison trop trop exquises. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa. Le patron est formidable. Il aurait pu être à la retraite depuis longtemps, toujours là avec un très grand sourire. Vous êtes un exemple pour beaucoup d’entre nous, Monsieur . Je recommande très fortement ce formidable restaurant. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir régaler

Accueil excellent. Literie au top et propreté irréprochable. Nous y avons dormi et dîner. La cuisine est excellente même si le service nous a paru un peu long....|Nous recommandons cette Auberge, notamment si vous êtes sur la Voie du Puy en Velay et souhaitez trouver un lit confortable et une bonne cuisine.|Gislaine, Mimose et Reine Claude de l'Ile de la Réunion

Personnel plaisant. Manque rideau de douche pour la baignoire. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.
