ST. ROCH'S CHAPEL
15th century chapel at the top of a rocky spur with a beautiful view, beautiful frescoes and paintings, two basins running under the building
Thousands of pilgrims discover this chapel every year on the top of a rocky spur in the outskirts of the village. In addition to reminding us of the existence of the primitive castle of Conques, this small church offers an exceptional view of the village and its cobbled streets. Built in the 15th century, it also hides between its walls very beautiful frescoes and paintings of the 19th century and others older. Two basins, fed by runoff water, run under this building.
