"Deco" which mixes recycled materials and designated objects. Authenticity combined with modernity! A credo that can be found even in the kitchens of this very welcoming house, with very local and natural menus. Antoine works with vegetables from the vegetable garden, the eggs of their own chickens, as well as the products of neighbouring farmers. A convivial but no less inventive and surprising meal: vegetables stuffed with sheep meat, spaghetti squash carbonara style with Roquefort, duck breast with plums from the garden... And what about homemade desserts, including the famous Cht'iRamisu with Speculoos and juniper alcohol. It also offers theme weekends, to learn how to make your own deli meats: pâté, melsat, ham... Instructive and gourmet as you wish!
