FERME D'ALCAS
Farmhouse with a south-facing trailer with a view of the mountain in Saint-Jean-et-Saint-Paul
On a farm where three hundred ewes are raised to produce Roquefort milk, a gypsy caravan has been set up to welcome visitors. It is located away from the medieval village, facing south, with a view of the mountains. The approach is participative, eco-responsible and social. A barbecue and hiking maps are available, and tours of the farm (including participation in milking the ewes) and discovery of the Causses Cévennes environment are offered. The farmers are happy to share their way of life and their convictions.
