NATURELLEMENT SIMPLES

Located in Saint-Laurent-de-Lévézou, Aveyron, the Naturellement Simples farm offers a range of plant-based courses. From permaculture and botany to family herbalism, wild cooking and organic vegetable gardening, these courses enable participants to reappropriate the use of plants. The permaculture farm also offers guided tours, where visitors can discover the wide variety of aromatic and medicinal plants found in the garden. A tasting of wild plants and flowers from the garden is also offered, followed by an organic vegetarian meal prepared by Séverine. Other activities include wild cooking workshops, self-sufficiency and botany days, as well as courses on permaculture, creating an herb spiral and family herbalism. For those unable to take part in any of the courses on offer, à la carte courses can be organized on request.
