She makes her sweet delights according to a family recipe handed down from generation to generation, using traditional know-how and a large wood fire. Visitors can discover the secrets behind the making of this Aveyron specialty during a tour of her workshop, open all year round. She broke the world record for spit-roasted cake in June 2024!
