L’AUBERGE DE SAINT-ROME
Inn with terrace on the village square offering some rooms for groups
Located on the village square, this completely renovated inn welcomes a good number of tourists who appreciate the traditional family cuisine. On the tables (in the dining room or on the terrace), you will find local specialities such as a tasty sweetbread of lamb with parsley, calf's head or an Aveyron dish or beautiful salads, ideal for a light summer lunch. In the evening, the atmosphere goes up a notch and becomes willingly festive. The inn regularly hosts groups who come to sing and ensure a good moment of conviviality. Anne-Laure and Thomas also welcome their guests with simplicity in some rooms.
