Authentic restaurant offering stockfisch, kid with sorrel, aligot...

This restaurant is a sure thing around here. Good food and authentic. You will taste stockfisch (fish fillets dried in the open air), kid with sorrel, aligot or stuffed chicken. The owner, Sandrine Carrière, makes sure that the culinary tradition (inherited from her mother-in-law and her famous estafinado) is respected as much as the atmosphere in the 116-seat dining room: warm and lively. Nous sommes allés deux fois avec ma belle-mère et c'est très bien. Le menu unique est très bien, la serveuse fort sympathique, lieu agréable on voit que tout le monde s'y plaît. On reviendra sûrement.

De ballade dans le secteur, n'hésitez pas à pousser quelques kilomètres pour vous arrêter dans ce restaurant très accueillant,
