Restored mill with terrace offering a cuisine based on local products and livestock
The establishment is located on a village square, in a restored mill that once crushed grain thanks to a diversion from the Lot (the paddle wheel bears witness to this). The terrace is particularly pleasant in summer, the atmosphere welcoming and the place authentic both in terms of accommodation (nine comfortable, spacious rooms) and Simon D'Alexandre's cuisine. The latter draws its substance mainly from livestock farming and local resources: tripous and homemade foie gras terrine, calf's head, trout... All tastefully prepared.
