DOMAINE DU MIOULA

Discovered by Moines monks in the th century, the Domaine du Mioula created a vineyard on these lands at the arrival of the hebdomadiers of the Cathedral of Rodez in the th century. Made by the winery Athanase Fakorellis, wines are developed in an objective of excellence: hand-picked, pressing and temperature. The quality of limestone, the rigour of its climate and its ideal exposure give the Vins wines a unique character, both rustic and refined. Bernard Angles takes part in Marcillac's renewal and is rewarded with his efforts by médailles: In particular, he was several times kicked by Hachette, or even tenor of the Hubert guide.
