Sonia and Hervé, the parents, have created a dozen restaurants in France over the past 40 years. Today, supported by their children Enora and Victor, they have taken over the Sénéchal from Michelin-starred chef Michel Truchon, for their latest culinary adventure. Their menu is highly original: langoustine and beef gyozas with honey-soya reduction, pan-fried scallops, celery pressé with truffle and, to finish, a kalamansi jelly praline millefeuille with lime sauce. Their singular proposals leave a lasting impression on the palate.
