Sonia and Hervé, the parents, have created a dozen restaurants in France over the past 40 years, and now, supported by their children Enora and Victor, have taken up the challenge of the Sénéchal for their latest adventure and to launch the next generation. A highly original menu: langoustine and beef gyozas with honey soy reduction, pan-fried scallops, truffle-flavored celery pressé and, to finish, a kalamansi jelly praline millefeuille with lime sauce.
