The aim of Isabelle Anglars is to make her profession discover her work: producer of sheep's milk. A dozen miles south of Sévérac (by D 2009), she puts her visitors in appetite, leading them first in a farm visit: the buildings and the herd. We are witnessing, at the moment, lambing, trafficking, care… We then settled in an old barn around a well-stocked table of roquefort, desserts with sheep's milk, jams and homemade cakes. Syrups, they also house, or country wine accompany the snack.
