Situated opposite the cattle market, this establishment works with fresh produce every day. The local cuisine and conviviality formula is always a hit: smoked salmon salad or beef tartar, duck breast with orange sauce, white chocolate mousse or chou chantilly (all homemade!)... And lamb sweetbreads that inspired amateur musician Stéphane Zarlenga, aka LOOPstic, to do a cover of Kendji Girac's hit: Color Gitano.
