AUBERGE DES ORCHIDÉES
Here is an address as we like it, both for its quality/price ratio and for the freshness of the products used as well as for the kindness of Sébastien, the chef. After having sailed in beautiful houses, he came to settle his suitcases a stone's throw from Roquefort in a village house with two rooms, one of which is openwork, decorated with furniture from here and there, chandeliers, green plants, bay windows... The menu and menus are a source of curiosity with traditional dishes that are finely crafted and beautifully presented. As a starter (and according to the seasons of course), scallop carpaccio and fine ratatouille or roquefort terrine with walnuts, Porto-Romarin jelly, before a filet of Aubrac beef, scallops and prawns with tandoori spices. A vacherin sorbet morello cherry and baragnaude vanilla ice cream (to discover) and homemade ice cream are also worth a visit. The welcome is smiling and deserves awards for its professionalism.

The cuisine is excellent, the attentive service and pleasant setting. The dishes are very refined, and the bill is salted really. We had ordered menu €15 and we are brought by the feel to leave a gourmet restaurant.
