L'ACCENT
Address with terrace in Astaffort, serving a signed kitchen whose tastes are pronounced and the textures worked.
Cédric Renouard's cuisine combines tastes and textures for promises that are confirmed on the plate. It's beautiful, it smells divine and it's excellent: burratina served with eggplant caviar, a declination of peppers, arugula, parmesan and basil, "Neels" house ribs caramelized with honey, eggplant purée and zucchini rice, "L'Accent" vanilla ice cream cup, Tonka bean mascarpone mousse, salted butter caramel and almond crumble cookie. The terrace adds charm and conviviality to the place. A must-try!
